The tool is designed for terminating pass-through connectors, in which the wire conductors extend beyond the plug, allowing easier verification of their alignment. During crimping, the protruding wires must be cut off, which is handled by an additional cutting blade. The tool also supports standard (non-pass-through) connectors.
Operating Principle
The crimping tool enables termination of modular connectors by pulling the cable through a pass-through plug. After the final crimp, the tool precisely cuts excess conductor length. This system provides more accurate wire alignment inside the connector, ensuring consistent and reliable termination quality.
