Welcome to UI.MT! We are pleased to offer Easipik Parcel Locker delivery service through MaltaPost. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this service. By choosing the Easipik Parcel Locker delivery option, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- Easipik Parcel Locker delivery is available to customers within the serviceable areas defined by MaltaPost.
- The service is available for orders meeting the size and weight restrictions specified by MaltaPost for parcel lockers.
2. Ordering and Delivery Process
- When placing an order on UI.MT, you can select the Easipik Parcel Locker delivery option during checkout.
- The closest Easipik Parcel Locker location to you will be chosen by us and communicated to you.
- If you have a preferred locker location, please specify in the order notes.
- Once your order is delivered to the parcel locker, you will receive a notification containing a unique code and instructions for retrieving your parcel from the selected locker.
3. Collection of Parcels
- Parcels will be available for collection from the Easipik Parcel Locker location.
- You must use the unique code provided to access the locker and retrieve your parcel.
- Please ensure that you collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by MaltaPost. Failure to collect within this period may result in the parcel being returned to us.
4. Identification and Security
- You may be required to provide identification or additional verification to collect your parcel.
- Ensure that your contact details provided during the order process are accurate and up to date.
5. Delivery Issues and Returns
- If you encounter any issues with your delivery or are unable to collect your parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Uncollected parcels that are returned to us will be subject to our standard returns policy. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

- UI.MT is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels once they have been placed in the Easipik Parcel Locker.
