Standard Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery Duration: Up to 3 Business Days
Processing and Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, including weekends and public holidays.
- Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Days
- Orders Placed Monday to Thursday: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order placement.
- Orders Placed on Friday: Delivery by the following Wednesday.
- Orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday: Delivery by the following Wednesday.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and expected delivery date of your order. Please note that if no courier service is used and delivery is handled directly by us, a tracking number may not be provided. However, we will still notify you once your order is on its way.
Delivery Exceptions
